Appellate Advocacy Workshop (Florida)

Description

Oral argument assists judges in working through the issues on appeal in numerous ways. An effective oral argument clearly and concisely conveys a party’s position in a conversational manner. Our Appellate Advocacy Workshop helps participants understand the key components of that conversation and assists them in perfecting those components through repetitive practice. The program concludes with each participant presenting their case on appeal before a multi-judge panel.
