CLE Information: This course has been approved for 3.0 CLE credits based on a 50-minute hour including 1.0 hours in ethics and 2.0 in technology.  Non-Florida attorneys, please check with your state bar for the process for receiving credit in your local jurisdiction.  Some states allow you to receive credit for out-of-state CLE courses upon proof of completion.   We will provide Certificates of Attendance to participants, if needed, and the Florida Bar Approval is in the link below for your convenience.
