Description

The thought of making or defending an objection can be a source of true anxiety.  “Relevance.” “Lack of foundation.” “Improper character evidence.” “Counsel testifying.”  These objections are all gate keepers that allow you to control the traffic of evidence.  This program teaches participants the role of objections as gate keepers.  Participants then practice making and defending the most common evidentiary objections.  Participants receive contemporaneous feedback from knowledgeable faculty members resulting in increased confidence and an improved skill set.
